At Choose Love Chiropractic we believe that a very important aspect of the healing process is loving your body and how truly amazing it is. Self love is crucial. Kindness to ourselves is invaluable. Sometimes we hold resistance in places in our body that we don't even realize. This resistance can lead to stress and tension as well. Loving those parts of us that are causing pain may seem odd or difficult at first because we are usually pushing those parts of us away that are hurting. By instead sending those areas love and acceptance we allow this resistance to dissolve.

At Choose Love we also believe that by making the choice to love ourselves through nurturing chiropractic adjustments, Biofield Healing and the practice of radical self-love, major change and shifts can happen in our lives. In this way we can then radiate this out to others around us and the rest of the world. By healing ourselves from the inside out we are actively participating in the evolution of consciousness on the planet and world peace.

Lisa is an amazing healer. The healing that she does isn't anything I have ever experienced before. It is a relaxing and powerful experience and it is called Biofield Healing (think aura cleaning). Lisa walks you into a meditative state with her calm and loving voice. Once there she does her healing work! She clears out anything that no longer serves you. I have experienced many sensations. I came to Lisa’s session pregnant with my second baby dealing with significant pain. I really struggled with hip, shoulder, ligament, and girdle pain before and after my delivery. I also suffered from pelvic floor prolapse and hip/back issues from my previous pregnancy. Lisa really helped me through all these areas that I have been dealing with over the last year. My pain and mobility have improved a lot. I was able to sleep better during my pregnancy. In postpartum I have been able to resume activities quicker and feel more comfortable with my body. For example: things like using a baby carrier and keeping up with my 4 year old, or going on hikes.

The care I received helped me throughout my pregnancy and helped prepare me for a smooth unmedicated labor/ delivery. Everything flowed really well and recovery time was faster after delivery. Having a session for my baby and I postpartum was so important. Lisa was able to help navigate a tight latch during our first month breastfeeding. Having a session postpartum with my baby felt full circle & we had a better breastfeeding experience after.
